Wild yeast fermented, no additions, vegan friendly, preservative free, unfined and unfiltered, nothing but fermented grapes at their finest. This is an honest expression of Shiraz from the Barossa exhibiting both freshness and flavour. It combines dark berries, spice and soft tannins that make for an explosive mouthful of deliciousness. Drink over the next two years with your favourite charcuterie or something char-grilled on the barbecue
