Intense aromas of fresh lemons, limes, apple blossoms, honeysuckle and thyme spice
are distinctive and varietal. A silky, textural mid-palate coupled with layered flavours
of citrus fruits, green apple, almonds and spice lead to a persistent finish. The natural
balanced acidity will enable this wine to cellar and will age gracefully over the
coming decade.
