2023 was a cool vintage which provided ripe fruit at slightly lower alcohols, and with good acid and balance. This famous blend offers layers of gently spicy Yarra Valley dark fruit characters and this 100% whole-bunch wine is a celebration! Very gentle extraction. Wonderfully bright, ripe and textural. More than the sum of it’s parts.
