Wine Description
The Bethlehem Block is located in the heart of the Barossa, and this Cabernet is grown by vigneron Jesse Auricht.
This is a generous cabernet yet with none of the buffoon about it; structure keeps it well and charmingly behaved. Too easily drunk now, it wants a good pot of stewing steak cooked with celery and lemon thyme, a spoonful of tomato paste, and the tiniest touch of smoked hot paprika - oh, and also a bare glassful of this wine thrown into the pot too.
