The Shiraz is full of ripe fruit flavours and spicy overtones and carries great intensity and
structure. Intense red with vibrant purple hues. The palate is rich and silky, with generous fruit flavours balanced by hints of chocolate and plum. A fine tannin structure supports the flavour to create an elegant and smooth drinking wine. Enjoy on it's own or serve with rich red meats or mature hard cheeses.
