Eisenstone Wines
Barossa Valley , South Australia
Winery Overview
The Eisenstone philosophy is to establish themselves as specialists of Barossa Valley Shiraz. Stephen wanted to make the vineyards the story, and not the winemaker. He does this by making each wine in exactly the same method, the only difference is in the subregion of where the vineyard is located in the Barossa . In his four years since starting Eisenstone, Stephen has continuously received high praises from journalists including in the 2022 Decanter World Wine Awards, was the highest awarded winemaker from Australia, and most recently was awarded the impressive number 4 spot in Huon Hooke’s The Real Review Top Wineries of Australia 2023,
