Winery Overview
Coming to the Adelaide Hills, we were amazed with the natural beauty and seemingly perfect environment. This young region has immense potential for premium wine growing because of its cool climate, lean and ancient soils, natural rain fall and sunny long summer days. This stood out to us as the future of wine in Australia.
The region’s ability to grow fruit of immense character, purity and elegance brought us to purchase a former apple and cherry orchard on the steep slopes of the Lenswood subregion. Here
we have built our organically certified winery and established a new vineyard pushing the boundaries of viticulture in Australia.
LO-FI
We grow grapes and produce wines with minimal
intervention. Our wines express the natural characters of our terroir, showcasing the fruit’s vibrancy and purity.
SUSTAINABLE
We consider all of our actions to do good. We practice biodynamic principles in our vineyard and winery. Our winery is organically certified and we are currently working towards sustainable certification.

Being a 1st generation, family owned estate gives us

Winemaker Bio
Turon graduated from Adelaide University in 2010. Working for various wineries during and after university, he soon identified that the Adelaide Hills was where he ultimately wanted to lay his winemaking hat. He has over 10 years winemaking
experience in the Adelaide Hills, working for some premium wine producers. Overseas vintages in Oregon, USA, and Eger, Hungary, has helped to cement Turon’s passion for cool climate winemaking.
Turon is a graduate of the Australia Wine Research Institute’s Advanced Wine Assessment Course. He is a member of the Adelaide Hill’s Wine Show Committee and regularly participates as an Associate Judge in domestic wine shows.
