Vibrant aromas of mixed red and dark berries, plums, aniseed, and hints of cloves. Medium weight palate with fresh berry fruit, spices and dark chocolate notes on the finish. Soft, savoury tannins and a subtle earthiness.
A selection of parcels from mostly cooler parts of McLaren Vale with a combination of hand and machine harvesting. Matured in seasoned French Oak for fourteen months prior to blending and bottling.
