Pinot Noir 2024

The 2024 growing season was set up by an El Niño influence with a warmer and drier preceding winter and winter rains stopping in mid-July. A dry mild spring followed, with bud-burst primarily in early to mid-September. The mild spring contributed to good early shoot growth. Frost wise, the Limestone Coast fared better than most regions with no to minimal frost this year. The long mild growing season saw the grapes ripen steadily.
