Wine Description
A polished, focussed palate displaying lime, passionfruit and apple over delicate hints of pineapple and melon, held together with a beautiful line of natural acidity that provides persistence and a clean crisp finish. Classic varietal aromas of guava, stinging nettle and passionfruit combine with hints of pineapple, nashi pear and apple. The fruit for this vintage was sourced from the cooler region of the Adelaide Hills. This wine is made to be enjoyed whilst it is young and will retain fresh fruit characters for the next couple of years.
