Glass staining, deep ruby red with a bright rim of purple hues. This wine portrays sexy, potent aromas of black berries and red raspberries, with cherry-vanilla, smoky minerals, and incense. A slight sweet personality lingers from the rich ripe fruity berry flavours which stain the palate and betray no tannins. Gains power and sweetness with air and finishes with excellent clarity and oak-spiced persistence. This wine has enormous immediate appeal but will benefit from some cellar time to develop and evolve into a lovely bouquet of native Australian flowers. A pleasure to drink!
