The Pinot Gris is our balanced, delicate and subtly tropical wine. It has nice refreshing acidity, is light bodied and moreish. It is a wine for sharing and is versatile. The fruit is from the Adelaide Hills, where the cooler climate ripens the grapes to perfection.
