Grenache 2023

Our Rose is still made by us, off our vineyard, but not under the Ortus label. At university, Paige needed some grapes to submit a wine and Julie wasn’t willing to part with the 90 year old vineyard’s fruit for this project. The agreement came that Paige could take half a ton on the following conditions: Julie’s dog Poppy, the French Bulldog, had to feature on the label, and the wine to be made was a French inspired, dry, vibrant, and pale pink strawberry and cream style Rose.
