The 2018 Eden Hall Block 3 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from selected
rows in Block 3 and spent 18 months in French oak. It is opaque
crimson red opening with black olives, mint and violets on the nose.
The palate is an intense concoction of sweet pepper, liquorice and
chocolate followed by fine dusty tannins. A seamless wine of elegance
and finesse.
