Our Cabernet Sauvignon is the culmination of an intensely detailed approach to our vineyards and grape selection. From our vigour and soil mapping techniques to the identification of select parcels and hand-harvesting bunch by bunch, we ensure gentle handling through every stage of production.

Originally from the South West of France, Coralie cultivated a profound love for winemaking. Armed with a Master's in Oenology and Viticulture from SupAgro-Montpellier, she honed her skills with internships at esteemed estates like Chateau Cheval Blanc and Chateau Beychevelle in Bordeaux. Drawn by her passion for Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, Coralie found her calling in Margaret River. With experiences at Pierro and Fermoy, along with vintages in the Hunter Valley and New Zealand, she joined Cape Mentelle in 2015. Coralie blends tradition with innovation, contributing to award-winning wines. Married to an Aussie, she embraces Margaret River life, balancing winemaking with family, trail running, and horseback riding.
