A fresh, fruity Pinot Noir brimming with cherry, raspberry tea leaf, rhubarb, pine needle, sandalwood. Mushroom compost, lithe sappy long palate riding on the iron edge soil. Likes a big glass and swirl. Pure magic paired with pan-fried sardines and salads with fresh herbs, especially when served lightly chilled.
