TSS Mediterannean blend Tempranillo Sangiovese Shiraz 2023

Medium-bodied, lively and lovely. Careful blending is at the core of this “Mediterranean style” wine. Our aim seeks to blend the bright red Morello cherry fruit and spice of Tempranillo, the savoury zest and intense perfume with high acidity of Sangiovese, and the gentle power of Shiraz. This wine is so well balanced, versatile, and easy drinking. An all-year-round wine, especially with a platter of Spanish or Italian cured meats, green olives and caper berries, Manchego cheese and crusty bread. Best drank young, 2-3 years from release.
