Wine Description
A low-yielding block in Wilyabrup produces fruit of concentration & intensity. Wild fermented in open tubs with gentle hand-plunging and foot treading then basket pressed to old barriques. Aged for seven months and bottled without fining or filtering. Vibrant and juicy with fine talc-like tannins.
