Wine Description
It is a deep red wine with a crimson edge. The aroma is bright and fresh with dark cherry, blackberry and raspberry fruits combining with black pepper and fragrant spice. The palate is elegant with a ripping core of red, black and blue fruits. underpinned by subtle toasty oak. 12 months in Frech Oak barrels on gross lees before bottling. The intensity of this wine provides grounding for longevity.
