From a place that has weathered the extremes of nature amongst the Adelaide Hills, Stephen and Fiona purchased Protero in late 2019. Home to a style of Australian Nebbiolo unique to the Adelaide Hills Protero is now planted to many other grape varieties that Stephen believes are the future of the region.
Perfumed and varietal with energetic waves of signature tannin.
