From a place that has weathered the extremes of nature amongst the Adelaide Hills. Stephen and Fiona purchased Protero in late 2019. Home to a unique style of Australian Nebbiolo, Protero is now planted to many other grape varieties that Stephen believes are the future of the Adelaide Hills.
