Duck Duck Cat Grenache 2022

‘Duck, Duck, Cat’ Grenache talks of our relationship with the local Barossa Wildlife Rescue, a volunteer-based operation that rescues and rehabilitates injured wildlife and whom we support with donations from every bottle sold. It comes from our single acre of 1944-planted vines in the southern Barossa Valley. We hand picked on 5 April 2022, destemmed everything, and fermented on skins for 7 days before maturing for 13 months in seasoned French and American hogsheads. Seasoned oak lets the old-vine fruit lead, with red cherry, raspberry and soft tannins.
