Island Rosé Grenache 2025

‘Island’ rosé takes its name from John Donne’s line “No man is an island”. What stood out to us when we first visited the Barossa was the sense of community, and we’re now surrounded by friends, mentors and peers. This wine thanks everyone who has helped along the way. Made from 100% Grenache, the fruit was hand-picked on 8 February 2025 and left on skins for six hours. Fermented dry in very old oak, half the barrels went through malolactic fermentation. It matured on gross lees with occasional stirring before bottling in February 2026. Sterile filtered, with no fining agents used.
