Wine Description
Aromas of fresh red berry fruits and a subtle spice. Full varietal fruit characters and distinctive ripe berry flavours, the wine has been enhanced by maturation in specially selected French oak hogsheads and finishes with good length and light tannin astringency.
This is an easy drinking wine that matches with many styles of food. It will last 5+ years.

With over twenty year’s experience in the Australian Wine Industry, Matt Dunning is skilled in wine making, packaging, design and logistics.
Matt has worked for world famous wineries such as Penfold’s, Chateau Tanunda, Vine Crest, Simpatico Wines,Lindsay Wine Estate and now his own winery Pink Moon Co.
