The Selector Shiraz 2022

The Selector Shiraz is crimson in colour, the bouquet opens with black cherry, cola and lavender supported by notes of chocolate and black pepper. The velvet-like palate has fleshy boysenberry and spice, followed by plush powdery tannins. This is a wine that is inherently drinkable. This wine shows that Shiraz can be an excellent drinking young wine delivering excellent fruit flavours and persistent length and can also be cellared for the next 7 years.
