Pink Moon Co. Presents The Lindsay Collection. TLC is the creation of Will Bolton and Matt Dunning, two friends who share a love for music, art and wine. Will and Matt have combined these passions into Pink Moon Co. Pink Moon Co. has two tiers of wines being "TLC" - The Lindsay Collection regional range, our luxury single vineyard wines, and then "The Lindsay Collection" Riverland range that showcases the best of South Australia’s key wine regions. Our wines are designed to be elegant expressions of the terroir and variety with non-interventionist wine making techniques.

With over twenty year’s experience in the Australian Wine Industry, Matt Dunning is skilled in wine making, packaging, design and logistics. Matt has worked for world famous wineries such as Penfold’s, Chateau Tanunda, Vine Crest, Simpatico Wines and now his own winery Lindsay Wine Estate.
