Our Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep rich purple red colour. It is a mouth filling wine with strong blackcurrant fruit and white pepper characters which are rounded out by the addition of a elegant grassy tone.
This wine has fine tannins which do not over power the palate due to the well balanced structure. This wine will drink well for 7 years plus.
With over twenty year’s experience in the Australian Wine Industry, Matt Dunning is skilled in wine making, packaging, design and logistics.
Matt has worked for world famous wineries such as Penfold’s, Chateau Tanunda, Vine Crest, Simpatico Wines, Lindsay Wine Estate and now his own winery Pink Moon Co.
