The Cirillo Shiraz is unlike the stereotypical Barossa Shiraz. With Open fermentation, natural yeast, basket pressing and soft oak maturation. It sounds the formulaic approach, but the result is much different! The soft and very savoury, delicate, and pretty Shiraz brings a fresh perspective on this Barossa hero. Matured in seasoned French oak, it carries mid-palate weight and a lengthy finish whilst being so silky smooth. It displays earthy spice and pronounced berry fruits.
