18 Months in French and American oak, 35% first use, 35% second use, 30% older. Full bodied dry red wine Blueberry, blackcurrant and boysenberry fruit aromas with vanilla and spice characters. Soft, fine tannins with a persistent finish of toasty, spicy oak spilling onto the palate

Bryan has spent over 25 years making wine in Coonawarra. Previous to that he worked for Southcorp/Penfolds in various roles at the Nuriootpa, Wynns and Rouge Homme sites. Bryan lives locally and grows his own olives and garden produce which he delivers to the staff regularly. His hobbies include gardening, cooking and all sport. His favourite Friday night tipple is the Sparkling Pinot Noir with a simple home made pizza
