Pale salmon pink with a nose of ripe strawberries with lifted spicy aromas of freshly baked bread. Soft and approachable, with ample strawberry and cream flavours. Some yeasty complexity on the palate, which finishes with a hint of fruit sweetness
Winemaker's Bio
Bryan has worked for over 25 years in Coonawarra. Previous to that he worked for Southcorp/Penfolds in various roles at the Nuriootpa, Wynns and Rouge Homme sites. Bryan lives locally and grows his own olives and garden produce which he delivers to the staff regularly. His hobbies include gardening, cooking and all sport. His favourite Friday night tipple is the Sparkling Pinot Noir with a simple home made pizza
