This wine was made using selected parcels of fruit from the Lucindale
vineyard. Made to capture the delicate white nectarine and lemon aromas of the grape, this wine is fermented using traditional winemaking
techniques including oak fermentation and bottled early to preserve the

Winemaker's Bio
Bryan has spent over 25 years making wine in Coonawarra. Previous to that he worked for Southcorp/Penfolds in various roles at the Nuriootpa, Wynns and Rouge Homme sites. Bryan lives locally and grows his own olives and garden produce which he delivers to the staff regularly. His hobbies include gardening, cooking and all sport. His favourite Friday night tipple is the Sparkling Pinot Noir with a simple home made pizza
