Wine Description
This has hallmark slickness and vitality in texture, with greasy apple, nashi pear and cashew savouriness, a lift of pleasing white vinegary tang and a dash of sweet, exotic spice. That’s a good list of ingredients for gris, here done medium weight with good length in tow. Feels a little loose-knit and edgy in the best sense; a cool, wild streak but retains drinkability.
