The Middle Hill Shiraz is sourced from the middle hill of the K1 vineyard, a picturesque
sandstone ridge producing elegant, spicy, cool climate style Shiraz. The palate is medium-bodied and complex with red plums, spice and a hint of apricot, followed by a grippy finish.

Geoff Hardy is a 5th generation member of the Hardy wine dynasty and the owner and chief viticulturist of K1 wines in the Adelaide Hills.
Shane Harris is the Chief Winemaker and the only 3 time winner of Winestate Magazines Australian Winemaker of the Year award.
