Fresh in the glass with a fine creamy palate and fine bead, this Sparkling has been made with pristine cold–pressed free run juice fractions, cold fermented under pressure and bottled fresh to maintain a fine mousse.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Pale straw and green.
Aroma: Soft fragrant aromatic stone fruit, crisp and fresh.
Palate: Fine mousse, explosive fresh flavours burst on the palate with a creamy, tight acid finish and fine lingering fruit.
