This is the classic aromatic white blend that defines Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Our grapes were vinified as pristine cold– pressed juice, cold fermented and bottled fresh to maintain the authenticity of the style.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Very Pale green/straw
Aroma: Vibrant aromas of passionfruit and fresh stone fruits freshly cut grass, and some nettle. Perfectly clean with succulent Sauvignon Blanc freshness and a dry Semillon background.
Palate: Dry and very fine, with an explosive first impact of racy and zingy acidity, the palate is light bodied with a fine finish and crisp acidity to boot.
