A co-ferment of Riesling (70) and Semillon (30) from a 1975 dry grown vineyard planted cheek by jowl in the sandy foothills of the Blewitt Springs sub-region of McLaren Vale. A true coastal white, the wine drinks like a margarita, salty and limey with the texture and creaminess of Semillon.
