Wine Description
A field blend of the three grapes, with whole bunch Mataro (40), destemmed Cinsault (30) and Carignan (30) to complete the blend. Made stylistically to drink like a nice Cotes du Rhone. Spicy on the nose, redolent of clove, cedar, allspice, and pepper. Rich in the mouth without being oaky or sweet, well balanced but generous. .
