Aromatic and textural Chenin Blanc off the sands of Blewitt Springs subregion in McLaren Vale. Wild fermented in barrel. Aromas of ginger, tamarind and honey, there is texture galore, yet a nice burst of salinity from the sands and ocean that keeps this Chenin fresh feeling and coastal.
