Emily Cross Shiraz is a special release wine which bears the name of Phillip’s mother, “a remarkable lady who loved country life”. This wine has a lovely fruit sweetness combined with intensity and spicy characteristics and power of a great shiraz. Notes of black cherry, chocolate and plum. Will cellar well for 10 – 15 years.
