Wine Description
The Viognier was de-stemmed and pressed on arrival at the winery and placed in a range of vats and oak barrels for its primary ferment for three weeks. The blended products of this process resulted in an exceptional wine that characterises all the hallmarks of the relatively unknown but delectable Cote du Rhône grape variety.
Winemaker's Bio
Cameron became Head Winemaker for Passing Clouds at 23 and embarked on his first vintage for the winery in that role. He graduated in 2011 from his Masters of Wine Technology and Viticulture course from Melbourne University.
