Machine harvested at night and age in French oak barrels for 9 months. Zesty lemon and citrus on the nose, the palate is alive with crisp clean Chablis characteristics, acidity and oak work hand in hand to create a long finish. Alc/Vol 13.2%

Richard is a highly respected and decorated Australian winemaker whose career has spanned many decades, wine regions and global markets. He has been awarded the Jimmy Watson trophy for the best Australian red wine, and been the chief winemaker for leading Australian wine producers in the Margaret River and Clare Valley regions. In addition, he was the chief winemaker for large South African producer, KWV, for five years. Richard understands the style of wines that CGW desires to produce and his input has been instrumental in crafting our premium and ultra premium wines.
