This Chardonnay was cold soaked for 36 hours before crushing. The juice was fermented with two different strains of yeast emphasising not only primary fruits, but also increased roundness in the palate. 50% of the wine was matured on fine lees in used French oaks for 6 months. This wine shows lifted primary fruits such as white peach, pineapple with refreshing acidity and a hint of French oak at finish. 2020
