Wine Description
Estate grown shiraz from our low-yield block. We had late harvest for the 2018 vintage. The Shiraz was hand-crafted by our winemaker with traditional open-top fermentation method. Wine was aged in French Barrels for 12 months by using 20% new oak and 80% used oak.
