Ubertas Wines is a family owned boutique winery.The family migrated to Australia from Taiwan in 2007. Ubertas means abundance, and it’s who we are – an abundance of flavours, culture, and passion for showcasing unique Australian wine to the world. Originally wine exporters, in 2014 the Liu brothers took a century- old, run-down vineyard and built it from scratch into a winery and cellar door. Through years of hard work, we’ve created organic, sustainably produced wines with their own rich and unique flavour.

Philip- Vigneron Philip is from Aerospace engineering background in Taiwan. Philip finished his Master`s degree in oenology and viticulture at the University of Adelaide.
