85% Shiraz and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon blend was hand-picked at the optimal ripeness from estate grown vineyard. The Cabernet Sauvignon was planted in 1950s. Wine was hand-crafted by our winemaker. Wine fermented in open top fermenter with pump-over for optimizing flavours and colour. Wine was aged in French Barrels for 18 months. We used 30% new oak and 70% used oak.
