Wine Description
The wine has a deep crimson colour. The aroma shows dark cherry, blackberry and mulberry fruits, with a hint of fennel seed and dark chocolate overtones. The palate has a core of sweet fruit surrounded by savoury tannins and a long clean finish.
Winemaker's Bio
A Roseworthy educated winemaker with more than 25 years’ experience, and many award-winning vintages at Vasse Felix and Clairault in Margaret River and Morton Estate in New Zealand, before coming to the Clare Valley in 2016. Since 2019, Will’s soft-handed approach has allowed the premium quality fruit to express itself and its regionality throughout a diverse range of balanced, elegant wines.
