Wine Description
Pale straw with a hint of chartreuse, this refined Adelaide Hills Chardonnay opens with aromas of lemon curd and white nectarine, lifted by ginger and delicate white florals. The palate is layered and silken, delivering a creamy texture enriched with savoury notes of roasted cashew, crisp tarte tatin pastry and subtle woodsy spice. Beautifully balanced and composed, it will reward drinking now through to 2031.
