Wine Description
A timeless McLaren Vale blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (51%), Shiraz (42%) and Merlot (7%), the 2022 Church Block pours a deep crimson in the glass. Classic Cabernet notes of blackberry, leaf and briar lead the bouquet, followed by opulent plum, wild herbs and subtle layers of five spice and dark chocolate. The palate is dense yet beautifully balanced, delivering cassis, plum and black cherry framed by smartly ripened tannins and a plush core of ripe fruit. Effortless in its harmony and energy, this is a Church Block built to enjoy now or cellar confidently for up to 15 years.
