A blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Shiraz and 8% Merlot, this wine is deep purple with bright ruby hues. Expressive aromas of blackberry, satsuma plum, graphite and roasted coffee are complemented by hints of five-spice and star anise. The palate is rich and vibrant, with ripe blackberry and Elephant Heart plum layered with savoury notes of prosciutto and dried herbs. Fine, grainy tannins provide structure and length, leading to a refined, harmonious finish.
