Wine Description
The Riesling is allowed to develop before bottling and release. Currently pouring our 2020 vintage, the wine shows solid mouth-feel, some creaminess and the usual sharp acidity of Riesling is refined and integrated resulting in a smooth mouthfeel. Darker in colour, more complex in aroma, it has a persistent finish; balanced between the usual zestiness of a fresh brand new vintage and the honey-like characters from older Rieslings.
