This Cabernet Malbec blend showcases perfect varietal characteristics - the Cabernet displays generous vibrant flavours of blueberry and plum followed by chocolate with a lingering finish.
A couple of roles as a cellar hand in the mid 1990s, inspired Damien Hutton to complete his Oenology degree at the University of Adelaide in 2001.He then returned to W.A, starting his career in Frankland River at Alkoomi wines as Assistant Winemaker in 2002. Over the last two decades he has created premium world class wines, receiving more than 50 trophies at national and regional wine shows.
